Developing and implementing new technology is one of Masada Armour’s four core values. Masada Armour employs highly qualified ballistic professionals which represent 11% of the total workforce and textile specialists which represent 22% of the total number of employees.

The specialised staff as well as consistent investment in research and development allow the company to address customer-specific requirements and provide innovative solutions at short notice. In 2021 alone, the company invested 4% of its turnover in R&D activities 

Although predominantly the R&D focuses on the supply of compliant ballistic solutions to specific projects, the company’s objective is to constantly challenge itself with new applications of the offered products and services to further improve its portfolio, e.g. development of new PE helmets

Through innovation and automatization in production, e.g. specialist moulds used in pressing, Masada Armour is constantly improving the production process to lower cost while increasing the production capacity, allowing the company to offer better products without compromising on quality and performance.
